Uniqueness of the name Lalibela

Lalibela is a historical city in Ethiopia and unique in its kind. The history of Lalibela is closely connected with the Christian tradition of the country. It is said that after a vision, King Lalibela received orders from angels of Christ to build a new Jerusalem. In the following years, he is said to have built 11 rock churches in the city, modeled after the Holy Land

3 Sorten roter Linsen mit verschiedenen Gewürzen in pikant-scharfer Soße zubereitet, dazu Gomen (Grünkohl), Azifa und Salat.

Split lentil in medium spicy sauce with collard greens and salad.

4 Sorten gekochtes Kichererbsenmus mit äthiopischen Gewürzen, dazu etwas Knoblauch. Kichererbsen in milder Kurkumasoße, Gomen, Azifa dazu Salat.
